By accessing or using the Bellisk platform, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bellisk Ltd ("Bellisk", "we", "us", or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time, and we will notify you of any material changes.

2. Definitions

"Customer"
A user who books services through our platform
"Professional" or "Pro"
A service provider who offers services through our platform
"Service"
Work performed by a Professional for a Customer
"Platform"
The Bellisk website, mobile app, and related technology

3. Our Services

Bellisk operates an online marketplace that connects Customers with Professionals who provide various home and business services. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between parties but do not directly provide the services.

  • We screen and verify Professionals but do not guarantee their performance
  • All services are provided by independent contractors, not Bellisk employees
  • We provide customer support and dispute resolution assistance
  • We process payments securely on behalf of all parties

4. User Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate personal information
  • You must have legal authorization to work in the UK (for Professionals)
  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

5. User Conduct

All users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Prohibited Activities:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior
  • Bypassing our platform for payments
  • Creating false reviews or ratings
  • Violating intellectual property rights

Professional Standards:

  • Provide services as described
  • Maintain professional conduct
  • Complete bookings in a timely manner
  • Communicate clearly with customers
  • Follow safety guidelines

6. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. Customers pay for services at the time of booking, but charges are only processed after service completion.

Fee Structure:

Customer Service Fee:5% of booking value
Professional Service Fee:15-20% of booking value
Payment Processing:2.9% + 30p per transaction

7. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled service for a full refund

Late Cancellation

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 25% cancellation fee

No-Show Policy

No-shows are charged the full service amount

8. Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice

Bellisk acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Professionals. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
